Spank Me Hard started as a small gay spanking club in New York City in November 1993 on Fourteenth Street and 6th Ave. The loft space was PACKED with hot guys spanking each other. In the summertime, when we had to keep the windows open, you could hear the spanking on the street below.
The parties started at 11pm and the live shows around midnight. The parties ended at 4am when the lights went on and we played Carly Simon's song, "Haven't Got Time for the Pain." (We never took ourselves that seriously).
In 1996, the space we rented was shut down (by the Guiliani administration) and the parties moved to the club, KING, on 7th Ave and 16th Street.
SpankMeHard.com went on-line in 1999 and have been on-line since.
